I am the founder of the Joy Dealers. A 500h certified Yoga teacher and an expert spiritual guide practising since 2018.
I will take you on an inner journey you will never forget! It is an experiential work that you feel in every cell of your body. This work will help you change the things in your life you had previously only understood with your mind. I speak with such confidence because I have practiced what I offer for a long time on myself and have had the honor to guide enough people there that I can say with such clarity: It works!
How do we work?
Whatever emotion you suppress in your life gets stored somewhere in your body. If you suppress a lot of it, say anger or sadness, you will start to experience chronic tension. We usually don´t need to look far to find these places in our bodies. Just take a deep breath and see which body part is tense.
Jaw? Neck? Shoulders? Hips?
These are exactly the places that want to release whatever they have been asked to store for ages.
Scared to do it alone? If you allow yourself to cry you will never stop again? If you allow yourself to feel angry you might kill someone?
